Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to hotels and hospitality businesses using the company's VoIP platform.
Introduce hospitality technology and distribution solutions in a consultative manner.
Qualify prospects and generate warm leads for the sales team.
Schedule product demonstrations and follow-up appointments with decision-makers.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect status in CRM.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for calls made, leads generated, and demos booked.
Build rapport with prospects through calls and follow-up emails.
Stay informed about hospitality technology trends and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience in Tele-Sales, Tele-Calling, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
Ability to engage prospects, handle objections, and drive conversations toward conversion.
Familiarity with hotel technology solutions such as PMS, Channel Manager (CM), and Booking Engine (WBE) is preferred.
Comfortable using CRM systems and VoIP calling tools.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Monday to Friday
10:00 AM – 6:30 PM IST
