Job Title: Key Account Manager
Location: Gurgaon
We are hiring a Key Account Manager to manage dealer relationships and drive auction participation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, convincing, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with dealers and ensure maximum participation in auctions.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for dealer participation and car sales.
Resolve dealer queries and grievances by coordinating with internal teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers.
Suggest process improvements to enhance the dealer experience.
Requirements:
1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Dealer Sales, Account Management, or Relationship Management.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Target-driven and customer-focused.
Good verbal communication skills in English and Tamil. Knowledge of a regional language is an added advantage.
