We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Pre-Sale Executive to join our team at Foresightrealvision Private Limited support our sales team, engage with potential customers, and help drive our pre-booking growth.. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets,
The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication.
Promote product and service offerings that align with customer needs.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable real estate options
Assist customers through pre-sale process (site visits, presentations, documentation guidance)
Maintain and update CRM / lead database
Coordinate with sales, marketing & operations teams
Schedule and follow-up on client meetings and property tours
Monitor industry trends to adapt strategies and stay competitive.
Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
