PRE-SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to identify and qualify potential clients, generate leads, and support the sales team in converting business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and maintaining accurate lead records. Candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment will be preferred. Experience in the interior design, furniture, real estate, or related industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
Schedule meetings and site visits for the Sales/Business Development team.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospective clients to nurture leads.
Coordinate with the Sales and Design teams for smooth lead handover.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and project requirements.
Maintain accurate records of daily calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
Achieve daily and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
Required Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Excellent Communication skills
1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation is preferred.
Candidate should be based in Delhi NCR/Gurugram.
Preferred Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Good convincing and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Good organizational and time management skills.
