Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager / Executive to drive business growth by generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a passion for the furniture and interior design industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, corporate clients, dealers, and channel partners.
Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and present suitable furniture and interior solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with the design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events, and promotional activities to generate business.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term business relationships.
Required Candidate Profile
Minimum 3+ years of experience for Manager and 1 year for Executive role.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Candidate should be based in Delhi NCR/Gurugram.
