🧾 Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into site visits and bookings.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
Handle inbound inquiries from digital marketing campaigns
Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients
Schedule site visits for interested buyers
Maintain regular follow-up with leads and prospects
Update CRM with daily call reports and lead status
Coordinate with the sales team for closures
Achieve monthly sales and site visit targets
👤 Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi, English & Marathi preferred)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of real estate industry
Ability to handle customer objections confidently
Familiar with CRM tools and MS Excel
🎓 Qualification:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 0–3 years in Tele Sales / Real Estate Sales (Freshers can apply)
