Job Purpose
To manage and supervise both employees and workers, ensuring smooth daily operations, productivity, discipline, quality, and timely completion of work.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate employees and workers.
Allocate daily work and monitor target achievement.
Manage attendance, discipline, productivity, and performance.
Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of operational activities.
Resolve day-to-day operational and manpower-related issues.
Maintain quality, safety, and company standards.
Coordinate with management and other departments.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports.
Identify operational improvements and control unnecessary costs.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management
Good communication and coordination
Problem-solving and decision-making
Manpower planning and work allocation
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
