Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and converting enquiries into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, references, social media, online platforms, and networking.

• Connect with students and prospects to understand their education and career requirements.

• Explain relevant study abroad and consultancy services to prospective clients.

• Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

• Achieve monthly lead conversion and revenue targets.

• Maintain lead, follow-up, and conversion records in CRM/Excel.

• Coordinate with counselling and documentation teams for smooth client handling.

• Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities when required.

• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall company growth.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Counselling, Telecalling, or Client Acquisition.

• Candidates from any industry with strong sales experience are welcome.

• Experience in education, overseas education, immigration, or consultancy will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.

• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.
