Roles & Responsibilities of Placement Executive - Medical Representative
📌 Key Responsibilities:
❖ Identify and connect with doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and hospitals for collaboration opportunities.
❖ Establish and manage tie-ups to provide internships, hands-on training, and placement support to fellowship candidates.
❖ Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
❖ Pitch and promote Henry Harvin’s Fellowship Programs and highlight collaboration benefits.
❖ Coordinate with internal teams to align candidate profiles with partner requirements.
❖ Schedule interviews, facilitate onboarding, and ensure smooth placement processes.
❖ Maintain a database of partners, tie-ups, and candidate placements.
❖ Achieve monthly targets for partnership closures and candidate placements.
❖ Ensure proper documentation, agreements, and compliance with company policies. ❖ Provide regular MIS reports on partnerships, placements, and performance metrics
