*Job Summary:*
Be the face of our pharma/healthcare brand on the ground. As a Medical Representative, you’ll build relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals to promote our products, share scientifically.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Doctor Detailing* – Meet healthcare professionals to present product info, samples, and clinical data
2. *Territory Management* – Plan daily routes, cover assigned area, and achieve sales targets
3. *Relationship Building* – Develop trust with doctors, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders
4. *Product Knowledge* – Stay updated on our products, competitors, and medical guidelines
5. *Reporting & Analysis* – Track sales, submit daily/weekly reports, analyze territory performance
6. *Event Coordination* – Organize CME events, product launches, and doctor meets
*Requirements:*
1. *Education* – Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Life Sciences preferred
2. *Experience* – 0-3 years in pharma sales; freshers with strong communication welcome
3. *Skills* – Excellent communication, persuasion & presentation skills
4. *Technical* – Basic MS Office + CRM knowledge
5. *Other* – Own two-wheeler + valid license, willing to travel extensively
*Nice to Have:*
1. Prior experience in same therapeutic segment
2. Knowledge of local doctors/hospitals in your region
3. Understanding of drug regulations and ethics
