Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Media Sales professional with 3–10 years of experience in selling advertising and media solutions. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships with brands and agencies, and delivering customized media solutions aligned with client marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Drive advertising and media sales revenue by acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

Build strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and brand marketing teams.

Identify new business opportunities and potential advertisers across industries.

Present tailored media proposals, campaigns, and integrated advertising solutions to clients.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams to execute campaigns successfully.

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.

Track market trends, competitor activity, and new media opportunities.

Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and client reports.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

3–10 years of experience in media sales, advertising sales, or brand partnerships.

Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing key client relationships.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

Established network with media agencies and brand decision-makers.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
