Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales & Marketing team in generating potential customer leads.

• Communicate with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

• Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about solar solutions.

• Assist in follow-ups with prospective customers and maintain lead records.

• Support the team in business development and customer relationship activities.

• Participate in local marketing and field activities when required.

• Assist in social media and promotional marketing activities.

• Maintain customer data and follow-up records using Excel/CRM.

• Learn practical sales techniques, customer handling, lead management, and business development.

• Work with the team to achieve internship learning goals and assigned targets.
