Lead, motivate, and manage the sales/telecalling team.
Assign daily tasks and monitor individual and team performance.
Achieve monthly team login and disbursement targets.
Monitor leads and ensure proper follow-up with customers.
Guide team members regarding Home Loan, Business Loan, and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
Ensure quality leads are properly handled and converted.
Track daily calls, follow-ups, login files, approvals, and disbursements.
Support team members in resolving customer and process-related issues.
Coordinate with backend and documentation teams for smooth file processing.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Identify low-performing team members and provide coaching and guidance.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management.
Ensure discipline, and proper work processes within the team.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and channel partners.
