Identify and research potential corporate clients requiring recruitment services.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, job portals, Google, company websites, social media, email campaigns, and databases.
Identify and connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, HR Heads, Directors, and Business Owners.
Make outbound calls and conduct email/LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
Understand the client's recruitment requirements and generate qualified leads.
Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the Business Development/Recruitment team.
Maintain and regularly update the lead database and CRM.
Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
Track lead status, conversion, follow-ups, and meetings.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the recruitment and business development team for converting leads into active clients.
Prepare daily/weekly lead-generation reports.
