B2B LEAD GENERATION EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented B2B Lead Generation Executive to generate qualified business leads, connect with potential clients, and support the sales team in building a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate B2B leads through outbound calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online research.

• Identify potential companies, decision-makers, and business opportunities.

• Make outbound calls to prospects and understand their business requirements.

• Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, decision-making authority, and potential.

• Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.

• Update and manage lead information, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.

• Research target markets, industries, and potential accounts.

• Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to achieve lead-generation targets.

• Maintain accurate daily reports and meet assigned KPIs and monthly targets.
