About the Role

As the Airport Lead, the candidate own Uber’s operations at Delhi Airport. that candidate should manage stakeholders, lead on-ground teams, and ensure a smooth rider and driver experience while driving business growth at one of the most critical transit hubs.
Build and manage relationships with airport authorities and business partners.
Lead and schedule on-ground teams/vendors for 24/7 smooth operations.
Ensure seamless rider and driver experience at pickup/drop-off zones.
Oversee airport infrastructure (signage, waiting areas, pickup lanes).
Track trips, performance KPIs, and drive growth initiatives.
Report insights and ensure compliance with airport regulations.
Strong people leadership and execution skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
