Key Account Manager

🔹 Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to manage and expand our network of architects, interior designers, and key business partners. The candidate will play a critical role in driving sales growth through strategic account management and consistent client engagement.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Regularly visit architects, interior designers, and consultants to present company products and solutions

• Maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts

• Identify and onboard new key accounts to expand business reach

• Generate new leads and business opportunities through networking and references

• Promote and educate clients about our product portfolio:

  • uPVC Windows & Doors

  • System Aluminium Windows

  • Glass Railings

  • Shower Enclosures

  • Partitions & Skylights

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects

• Track client requirements and follow up for conversions

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives

• Provide market feedback and competitor insights

🔹 Key Skills & Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in interiors, construction, or building materials

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to build long-term professional relationships

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Good knowledge of Pune market (preferred)

• Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred

• Client-facing and relationship management role

• Presentable, confident, and proactive personality

• Experience dealing with architects/interior designers is a strong advantage
