IT Sales Executive

The IT Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating sales for the company’s services. This position requires an individual who is motivated, results-driven, and has a deep understanding of the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, while establishing strong relationships with potential clients and helping them choose the right web solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking, client meetings and attending industry events.

• Research and identify potential clients in need of web development services, including custom websites, e-commerce platforms, SEO, and digital marketing.

• Understand client needs and requirements to recommend tailored web development solutions that align with their business goals.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospective clients to close sales.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing services, follow-up, and regular communication.

• Maintain an up-to-date CRM system to track leads, prospects, and sales activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in a web development, software, or technology-related industry.

• Understanding of web development termologies (e.g., custom websites, e-commerce platforms, SEO, web design).

• Proven ability to generate leads, build a sales pipeline, and close deals.

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to engage clients and present solutions effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in selling web development, SaaS products, or IT services.

• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends.
