We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate and result-driven IT Business Development Executive (BDE).

Position: IT Business Development Executive (BDE)

🔹 Eligibility:

• Freshers can apply

• Education: MCA / BCA / BE / B.Tech (IT, Computer Science, or related field mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, portals, email campaigns, and cold calling

• Identify new business opportunities in IT services

• Handle domestic and international client communication

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups

• Negotiate and close deals

• Maintain long-term client relationships

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

🗣 Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills

• Strong negotiation and convincing skills

• Good knowledge of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Software Development, Digital Marketing, AI solutions)

• Experience in international client communication (for experienced candidates)

• Confident personality with strong presentation skills
