o Create, update, and optimize product listings with high‑quality content, keywords, and images.
o Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and category mapping.
· Marketplace Operations
o Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.
o Handle order processing, returns, replacements, and customer queries.
o Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for smooth dispatch.
· Sales Growth & Performance Optimization
o Monitor sales performance, pricing trends, and competitor activity.
o Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, coupons, and offers.
o Improve product ranking and visibility using SEO and marketplace tools.
· Advertising & Campaign Management
o Run and optimize Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, and other marketplace ad campaigns.
o Track ROI, reduce ACoS, and scale profitable campaigns.
· Inventory & Stock Management
o Maintain stock levels, forecast demand, and avoid out‑of‑stock situations.
o Manage FBA/Smart Fulfillment/3PL shipments where applicable.
· Reporting & Analysis
o Generate weekly/monthly sales reports.
o Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Proven experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, or similar e‑commerce platforms.
· Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and product ranking.
· Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub.
· Experience with PPC advertising and campaign optimization.
· Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams.
· Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
· Ability to work independently and deliver results.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or sustainability‑focused products (optional).
· Knowledge of tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, or marketplace analytics (added advantage).
