Process: US / UK / Australia (International)

🔹 Job Role:

We are hiring International Lead Generation Executives for an outbound international process. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads for global clients through calling, email, and online research.

🔹 Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to international clients (US/UK/AUS)

Generate and qualify leads as per campaign requirements

Identify decision-makers and collect accurate business information

Maintain daily call reports and lead data

Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets

Follow international calling etiquette and compliance

Coordinate with sales and business development teams

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate

Good English communication skills (mandatory)

Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply

Basic knowledge of computers

Comfortable with night shift (for US process)

Experience in International BPO preferred (not compulsory)

🔹 Skills Required:

Good verbal communication in English

Confidence and convincing skills

Active listening ability

Target-oriented mindset

🔹 Shift & Working Details:

Shift: Night Shift (US/UK)

Working Days: 5 days working

Week Off: 2 rotational / fixed (as per process)
