We are a B2B export house specializing in Bags, Fashion Jewellery, cutlery, Garments and Scarf and Shawls. catering exclusively to international markets (USA, UK, UAE, Europe, etc.). Our operations involve high-level coordination with global buyers, specialized sampling, and large-scale export production. Key Responsibilities ● International Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with international buyers, importers, and retail chains across different time zones. ● Lead Qualification: Filter and qualify incoming leads generated from digital campaigns to ensure they meet our B2B buyer criteria. ● B2B Relationship Management: Maintain professional communication via calls, WhatsApp API, and Email to move prospects through the sales funnel. ● Appointment Setting: Schedule virtual meetings and factory tours between potential international clients and the Director/Sales Team. ● Database Management: Keep a meticulous record of all client interactions and lead statuses in Google Sheets/Excel. ● Collaboration: Work closely with the Lead Generation Specialist to provide feedback on lead quality and conversion rates. Required Skills & Qualifications ● MS Office: Must be proficient in Excel and Google Sheets. ● Education: Graduate/Pursuing english honours; a diploma in Communication or Marketing is a plus.
