Job Description – Insurance & Mutual Fund Executive

Position: Insurance & Mutual Fund Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Noida Sector 18
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for Insurance and Mutual Fund products.

• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into sales.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Explain product features, benefits, terms, and processes clearly to customers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer/lead information in CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, and policy/investment processing.

• Ensure proper customer handling and adherence to company and regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain daily call, lead, and sales reports.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, insurance, mutual funds, banking, BFSI, or financial services.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.

• Basic knowledge of Insurance and Mutual Fund products.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.

Preferred

• Experience in BFSI/Insurance/Mutual Fund telesales will be preferred.

• Candidates with proven sales achievements and strong conversion skills will be given preference.
