Generate and qualify leads.

Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and premium details.
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Support policy renewals and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales service.
