QualifyEd Academy is growing, and we're looking for a confident, energetic and goal-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team in Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi.

💼 Role: Admission Counselor

📍 Location: Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi

🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹45,000 + Performance Incentives

🎓 Qualification: Graduation – Any Stream

📅 Week-off: Flexible

🔥 What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp and other channels

• Understand their career goals and recommend suitable courses

• Explain course structure, fees, batches and offers

• Follow up with leads and demo attendees

• Handle queries and objections professionally

• Maintain lead records and follow-up schedules

• Work towards monthly admission targets

🎯 What We're Looking For

✔️ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

✔️ Confident and persuasive personality

✔️ Goal-oriented approach

✔️ Ability to handle student queries effectively

✔️ Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus

✔️ Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

✔️ Prior experience in sales, telecalling, counseling or EdTech is preferred
