Inside Sales Representative:

Need Excellent communication skills.

Engage inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing, partnerships, and referrals.

Conduct detailed consultative conversations to understand customer health goals, risks, and motivations.

Educate customers on offering, technology, and unique advantages over traditional health checks.

Address queries, comparisons, and concerns transparently — build trust through knowledge and empathy. Convert leads into bookings while maintaining integrity, compliance, and brand tone. Collaborate closely with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to continuously refine scripts, FAQs, and objection handling. Maintain CRM hygiene and track conversion metrics with discipline. Share structured feedback from customer interactions to improve product-market fit.

● 1–4 years of experience in consultative sales of high-ticket products or services (preferred categories: real estate, edtech, fintech, healthtech, automotive, insurance). Proven track record of high conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex ideas. Comfortable discussing high-value purchases with affluent and discerning customers. Tech-savvy, curious, and able to grasp scientific and AI-driven products quickly.

Work Location : Kormangala, 3rd Block.

Timings: 9am to 6pm, 10am to 7pm.

Days of Working : 6 Days
