We are looking for a performance-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic team.
The BDM will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful closures. This role requires strong
counseling skills, a deep understanding of the education industry, and a consistent focus on monthly revenue
generation.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with potential clients provided by the company.
• Counsel prospects effectively by understanding their needs and presenting suitable i2Global offerings.
• Drive closures by conducting follow-ups, virtual meetings, and negotiations with high conversion
intent.
• Collaborate with internal teams for scheduling demos, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth
onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, progress status, and closure details in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets as per the sales plan.
• Report daily progress and conversion metrics to the reporting manager.
