Inside sales Executive - Outbound process

You are the voice of WONDRx. You will be engaging with Doctors and key Pharmaceutical stakeholders to introduce our digital healthcare ecosystem. This is a high-impact growth role designed for professionals who thrive on closing deals, achieving targets, and earning performance-based incentives. 🛑 Core Requirements (The "KnockOut Criteria")

1. Demonstrated Sales Consistency: We are looking for candidates with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. You should be comfortable discussing your past quarterly achievements, incentive history, and specific revenue contributions during the interview process.

   • Preferred: Experience being recognized as a Top Performer or Consistent Quota Achiever.

2. High-Volume Capability: Success in this role requires discipline. You must be comfortable managing a high volume of outbound interactions (approx. 80-100 touchpoints daily) to build a healthy pipeline.

3. Resilience & Professionalism: You will face rejection from busy clients/customers. We need candidates who possess the emotional intelligence to handle "No" gracefully and maintain high energy for the next call.

4. Growth Mindset: We are looking for "Hunters"—professionals who are motivated by converting leads into revenue, not just making calls.

5. Tech Savvy: Ability to manage a CRM efficiently while maintaining active conversations.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Generation: Drive new business by converting cold and warm leads into qualified appointments or direct sales.

• Pipeline Management: Systematically follow up with prospects to ensure no lead is lost. You own your funnel.

• Consultative Selling: Listen to the client's needs and position the WONDRx solution effectively (Value Selling vs. Product Pushing).

• CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, ensuring data integrity for the sales leadership team.

• Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from the field (doctors' objections, competitor info) to help refine our sales pitch.
