Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a smart, confident and target-oriented Female Inside Sales Executive who is fluent in Gujarati and can handle customer calls, lead follow-ups, client coordination, sales conversion, and relationship building.

The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into business through regular follow-ups and strong customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls

• Communicate with clients in Gujarati, Hindi and English

• Generate and convert leads through telecalling and follow-ups

• Understand customer requirements and explain company products/services effectively

• Maintain regular follow-up with existing and new clients

• Coordinate with internal departments for order/process updates

• Prepare and maintain customer database, lead reports and sales records

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business conversion goals

• Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business

• Resolve basic customer queries in a professional manner
