End-to-End Operations Ownership
● Take complete ownership of planning, execution, and delivery of all operational activities
● Manage the entire conference lifecycle (pre-event to post-event closure)
● Ensure all deliverables are executed as per timelines, SOPs, and quality benchmarks
2. Team Leadership & Management
● Lead and manage all Operations Team members (EOT, SAT coordination, OCMMT alignment)
● Drive daily task allocation, tracking, and accountability
● Conduct weekly reviews, performance tracking, and feedback sessions
● Build a high-performance, ownership-driven team culture
3. Cross-Functional Alignment
● Act as the central coordination point between:
○ Sales Team
○ Speaker Acquisition Team
○ OCMMT
● Ensure zero dependency delays and smooth workflow transitions
● Proactively identify and resolve inter-team bottlenecks
4. Process Governance & Optimisation
● Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, KPIs, and SLAs
● Identify gaps and drive process improvements and automation initiatives
● Maintain structured trackers, dashboards, and documentation systems
5. Execution Monitoring & Reporting
● Own weekly/monthly reporting on:
○ Conference readiness
○ Task completion rates
○ Risk areas and escalations
● Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership
6. Escalation & Crisis Management
● Act as the first line of resolution for operational issues
● Handle escalations proactively and ensure minimal impact on delivery timelines
● Drive contingency planning for high-risk conferences
7. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
● Oversee coordination with external vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders
● Ensure all deliverables are met with quality and timeliness

Eligibility Criteria
● 4–8 years of experience in Operations / Program Management / Event Operations
● Proven experience in handling teams and driving execution
● Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
● Prior experience in EdTech / Conferences / Academic Operations is preferred
