Position Overview We are looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals for the role of Team Lead - Sales. The candidate will be responsible for managing outbound sales activities, conducting virtual meetings, presenting subscription plans, and explaining Gonukkad.com services through online presentations and demonstrations. Your Role at Large  50–60 cold calls per day for lead generation, data mining, and business development.  Conduct daily team meetings and performance discussions.  Self-generated lead sourcing through cold calling and data mining is a key responsibility, alongside converting company-provided leads.  Conduct video meetings and online product presentations.  Explain Gonukkad.com services and subscription plans to prospective customers.  Ensure team productivity, lead management, and target achievement.  Build strong customer relationships using a consultative sales approach.  Handle escalations and support team members in closures.
