QuickPlus Private Limited is a Noida-based EdTech company that teaches practical digital skills in Hindi. We are looking for motivated Inside Sales Executives (Work From Home) to convert interested leads for our 3-month live Video Editing course.

This is a commission-based role. There is NO cold calling: all leads come from our own Meta ads and WhatsApp chatbot, from people who have already shown interest in the course.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with inbound leads via phone and WhatsApp

• Understand each student's goal and recommend the right plan (₹699 Monthly / ₹1,799 Full Course)

• Answer questions and handle objections clearly and honestly

• Share the official payment link and help students complete enrollment

• Follow up with interested leads until they make a decision

• Maintain a daily report of calls, conversations and sales

Commission Structure:

• 20% commission on every sale (₹140 on Monthly, ₹360 on Full Course)

• 25% commission on every sale after 40 sales in a month (₹175 / ₹450)

• Top performers can earn ₹12,000+ per month

• Weekly commission payout (for payments received)

Requirements:

• Fluent Hindi; basic English is a plus

• Telecalling, inside sales or EdTech sales experience preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)

• Own smartphone, laptop/phone with stable internet

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets
