Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive (Solution Specialist Executive) to join our team in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in sales, customer engagement, and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct product demonstrations and explain solutions clearly to prospective customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and other communication channels.

Handle customer queries, objections, and provide effective solutions.

Maintain accurate and updated customer and lead information in the CRM.

Coordinate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business targets.

Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Participate in product training and sales development activities.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduation in BBA, B.Com, or any degree.

Freshers to 2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, customer service, or a related field.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic understanding of IT/Software concepts is preferred.

Knowledge of CRM / ERP software is an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in sales.

Ability to work towards targets and deliver results.
