INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, online platforms, and referrals.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.
Provide regular sales reports to the management.
Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, email, and online communication tools.
Ability to handle multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is an advantage.
