About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and driven Sales specialist from fast sales background or real estate background who are ready to grow with a high-performing team. If you have a flair for sales and in-depth knowledge of the Indian property market, this is your chance to shine. (Freshers with good communication skill can also apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on leads ( provide by Company) for residential and commercial properties. You can also generate your own prospect and leads.

• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities

• Explain the customers about the properties and invite them for meeting at Money tree office

• Calling and fixing meeting with clients at our office

• Strong sales acumen with good sense and adaptation to organization culture.

• Develop Money Tree Realty as a brand by ensuring service standards in

line with company policies.

• Build good Working relationship with Clients Calling on leads provided by the company

• Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business.

• Calling/Meeting clients for doing need analysis

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.

• Conduct site visits and explain project details to prospective buyers.

• Maintain client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

• Stay updated on market trends and property developments in your location

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Goal-oriented, confident, and enthusiastic.

• Two-wheeler is added advantage for this job
