Inside Sales Executive
Location: Noida
Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Sales (EdTech/BFSI/Tele Sales preferred)
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 In-Hand (Based on experience & interview performance)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a passion for helping students choose the right educational programs while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and follow up on leads.
Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling.
Maintain strong relationships with students throughout the admission process.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Update CRM with accurate lead and follow-up details.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales (Education Counseling/EdTech/Inside Sales/Tele Sales preferred).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
