Inside sales Executive - Navi Mumbai Mhape
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; preferably B. Com, BBA, B.Sc., B.E./B.Tech, or equivalent.
Diploma or certification in Sales, Marketing, or Industrial Safety is an added advantage.
Experience ▸ 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or B2B sales — preferably in PPE, industrial products, safety equipment, or related manufacturing sectors.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a hunger to learn technical products may also be considered.
Prior experience selling to industries such as oil & gas, steel, power, chemicals, pharma, or government / defense is a strong advantage.
Sales & Technical Skills Behavioural Competencies
Confident verbal & written communication (English + Hindi; regional language a plus)
Self-motivated and target-driven
Strong attention to detail
Customer-first mindset Persuasive sales pitch and objection handling
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
CRM/ERP usage (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
Email drafting, RFQ handling, and proposal writing
Knowledge of B2B trade portals (India MART, Alibaba
