Key Responsibilities

1. Generate new leads and identify potential customers in commercial, industrial, residential, corporate, hospital, hotel and construction sectors.

2. Conduct regular client visits and site visits to understand customer requirements and fire safety needs.

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

4. Generate enquiries through cold calling, references, networking, site visits and market visits.

5. Prepare and submit quotations, proposals and commercial offers in coordination with the technical/estimation team.

6. Regularly follow up on enquiries, online enquiries, quotations and proposals and convert them into confirmed orders.

7. Coordinate with the technical, project, service and accounts teams for smooth execution of confirmed orders.

8. Maintain daily records of:

   • Client Visits

   • New Leads

   • Enquiries

   • Quotations

   • Follow-ups

   • Orders

   • Pending Payments

9. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets assigned by management.

10. Follow up with clients for payment collection as per company terms.

11. Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitor activities and pricing.

12. Attend client meetings and give professional presentations about company products and services.

13. Submit Daily Sales Report / Weekly Sales Report / Monthly Sales Performance Report to management.

14. Ensure proper coordination with clients until order completion and customer satisfaction.
