Inside Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Assistant to join our expanding sales team. This role will focus on driving export-oriented sales initiatives as we grow our international footprint. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships remotely.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals over the phone and digital communications

● Understand customer requirements through effective discovery conversations

● Recommend appropriate products based on customer needs and specifications

● Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales while maintaining profit margins

● Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Zoho CRM

● Follow up with prospects and existing customers to nurture relationships

● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

● Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products

● Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages

● Contribute to the company's export growth strategy

Qualifications & Skills

● Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in the furniture, building materials, or interior design industry

● Proficiency with Zoho CRM or similar CRM systems

● Strong product knowledge or ability to quickly learn technical product features

● Excellent communication and active listening skills

● Persuasive selling and negotiation abilities

● Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

● Problem-solving mindset and ability to address customer concerns effectively

● Basic understanding of export documentation and procedures (preferred)

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
