Designation: Business Development Associate (Inside Sales ) (Work from Office)

Responsibilities Include:

• Consulting professionals on the right career paths over calls.

• Staying updated with the latest technologies in the world.

• Consistently achieving targets in line with team/organizational objectives.

• Building relationships and identifying references through our existing learner base.

• Understanding concerns, requirements, and needs to provide effective career advancement solutions for IT professionals.

Skills Preferred:

• Excellent spoken and verbal skills

• Ability to persuade and negotiate

• Ability to work under stress

• Ability to work in a team

• Fast-learner, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

  Compensation:

  • Fixed Pay for the first 4 months: 20,000 INR per month + Performance-based incentives

  • After 4 months of probation: Final CTC: 8 LPA (4.2 LPA fixed + 3.8 LPA incentives based on performance)

   

  Growth Trajectory at Accadmix

  One can expect an organic growth to become a Team Lead within an year based on performance.
