Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through LinkedIn, IndiaMART, Alibaba, and other B2B platforms.
Contact domestic and international clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Follow up regularly with prospects and existing customers.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain customer records in Excel and CRM software.
Prepare sales reports and update management on sales activities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
