Key Responsibilities • Call and follow up with leads generated through campaigns, referrals, and enquiries • Counsel prospective students on Skillcase programs and career opportunities • Convert qualified leads into enrolments • Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp • Track lead status, admissions, and payment progress • Coordinate with operations and training teams for smooth onboarding • Meet weekly and monthly admission targets Required Skills • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Good follow-up and relationship-building ability • Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset • Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and WhatsApp-based lead handling • Ability to work with speed, ownership, and discipline
