Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Insurance

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our insurance sales team. The ideal candidate is a graduate with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for sales. The role involves connecting with prospective customers, understanding their insurance needs, and converting leads into policy sales over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound and inbound calls.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.

• Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and terms clearly.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

• Address customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

  Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of sales or customer service experience are welcome.

  • Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email).

  • Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

  Preferred Skills

  • Experience in telesales, inside sales, BFSI, or insurance sales is an advantage.

  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
