Job Description
We are hiring an Inbound Sales Executive to manage student renewals, course extensions, and retention for our EdTech programs. This role involves handling inbound leads, counselling existing students and parents, addressing concerns, and achieving renewal and upsell targets through strong relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and enquiries from existing students and parents
Drive student renewals, course extensions, and repeat enrollments
Build strong relationships to improve student retention and satisfaction
Counsel students and parents on academic progress and course plans
Resolve concerns to reduce churn and improve renewal conversion
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for student support
Update and maintain records in CRM / LMS systems
Consistently achieve renewal, retention, and revenue targets
Eligibility & Requirements
Age Criteria: 19 to 26 years
Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcome
Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, or education sales preferred
Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and inbound sales metrics
Student-focused and solution-oriented mindset
