Roles & Responsibilities
- Search and source industrial products based on overseas customer requirements.
- Contact manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors via phone and email.
- Prepare and send professional quotations and follow up with suppliers.
- Draft and manage customer emails.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery.
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, and order status.
- Support the procurement and sales team in day-to-day operations.
- Learn about industrial products and supplier networks.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Good internet research skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
