Job Description:

Wayoasis Immigration is looking for dynamic Immigration Counsellors

Key Responsibilities:

● Provide expert guidance to clients on visa processes, documentation requirements, and eligibility criteria for various countries.

● Assess individual client profiles to recommend the most suitable immigration and visa programs.

● Handle inquiries and provide prompt, professional support via phone, email, and in-person consultations.

● Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments by clearly communicating the value and process of immigration services.

● Conduct telephonic consultations with prospective clients interested in settling abroad.

● Schedule and host in-office, one-on-one counseling sessions to provide personalized immigration advice.

● Address client questions and concerns, offering clear and accurate information to resolve confusion about immigration procedures for different countries.

● Stay updated on the latest immigration laws, policies, and regulatory changes across countries.

● Meet monthly sales and enrollment targets, contributing to the company’s growth and performance.

● Maintain accurate records of daily activities and report progress to senior management.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Ability to consult new clients and respond effectively to visa-related inquiries.

2. Knowledge of immigration processes and documentation across countries like Canada, Australia, UK, and Europe -Work permit ,PR And Tourist

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex information clearly and persuasively.

4. Strong understanding of client needs, concerns, and goals to offer tailored immigration solutions.

5. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a focus on delivering results and achieving monthly objectives.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
