Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise overall day-to-day hotel operations.

• Ensure smooth functioning of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments.

• Maintain high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.

• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.

• Manage staff, allocate duties, and monitor employee performance.

• Ensure proper room inventory, occupancy, check-in, and check-out processes.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hotel requirements.

• Monitor daily revenue, expenses, and operational costs.

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and hygiene requirements.

• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and hotel premises.

• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.

• Train and motivate staff to improve service quality and productivity.
