Job Description – Healthcare Sales Coordinator
Position: Sales Coordinator – Healthcare
Location: Baner, Pune
Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry: Healthcare / Medical
Key Responsibilities
Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and inquiries from clients.
Clients se baat karke unki requirements samajhna aur unko appropriate information dena.
Follow up with new and existing clients regarding inquiries, quotations, appointments, orders, and payments.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the sales team, doctors, hospital staff, and internal departments.
Maintain client details, follow-up records, sales reports, and documentation.
Use MS Excel, MS Word, Email, WhatsApp, and basic CRM for daily work.
Understand client feedback and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
Assist the sales team in achieving follow-up and sales targets.
Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in healthcare, hospital, medical equipment, pharma, or sales coordination.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Excellent client handling and requirement-understanding skills.
Good computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Polite, professional, and confident personality.
Candidates who are comfortable working from Baner, Pune are preferred.
