Job Title: Front Desk Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Admin
Location: WTF Gyms
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Role Overview:

The Front Desk Sales Executive is the first point of contact for all walk-in and enquiry-based prospects at WTF Gyms. The role focuses on converting leads into memberships, ensuring excellent customer experience, maintaining daily reporting, and supporting overall branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Lead Conversion

• Handle all walk-in leads and enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, website, Meta leads).

• Convert prospects into memberships by explaining WTF Gyms’ offerings and pricing.

• Follow up with pending leads and ensure closures within the SLA time.

• Maintain accurate records of enquiries and conversions in the CRM or Google Sheet.

2. Customer Interaction & Support

• Greet members and visitors professionally.

• Provide clear and detailed information about membership plans, discounts, and facilities.

• Build strong relationships with potential and existing members to ensure retention.

3. Operations & Reporting

• Update daily sales and enquiry reports without fail.

• Coordinate with trainers and managers for member onboarding and gym tours.

• Ensure proper maintenance of the reception area and front desk environment.

4. SLA Compliance

• Work leads assigned during operational hours

• Ensure timely follow-ups and status updates as per company SLA.

• Escalate unresponsive or hot leads to the branch manager.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

• Basic knowledge of sales, customer handling, and follow-up processes.

• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English).

• Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp communication, and CRM/Excel reporting.

• Presentable personality with a positive and customer-friendly attitude.

• Ability to work in shifts and meet monthly sales targets.

• Daily enquiry and sales reporting accuracy.

• Monthly membership sales achieved.

• Lead follow-up and conversion ratio.

• Customer satisfaction and retention performance.
