Field Coordinator

We are looking for a Field Coordinator- Lead to join our team at Utkarsh Global Foundation. As a Field Fundraising Executive, you’ll directly connect with supporters, spread awareness about our mission, and help generate donations for social and animal welfare initiatives. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹40,000 along with performance-based opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct face-to-face fundraising and donor acquisition activities

Approach individuals, communities, and businesses to generate donations

Communicate the NGO’s mission, impact, and ongoing initiatives clearly

Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and supporters

Achieve daily and weekly fundraising targets

Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and collections

Share daily field reports and updates

Eligibility Criteria:

Comfortable with field-based work and direct interaction with people

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Target-driven and self-motivated

Ability to engage and build rapport with new people

Interest in social impact and animal welfare

Prior experience in sales, fundraising, or field roles is a plus but not mandatorily
